Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We welcome all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal for a smooth and secure checkout experience.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. We understand that plans can change, so we are happy to accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your order. After that, your order may already be on its way to you.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently offer shipping across Canada and the United States. International shipping will be available soon.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are thoughtfully prepared within 2 to 4 business days.

Canada: Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

United States: Delivery from our U.S. warehouse generally takes 4 business days, while orders shipped from our Vancouver studio arrive in 3 to 8 business days.
Which carriers do you use?
We partner with ChitChats courier network and Canada Post for Canadian orders, and ChitChats with USPS for U.S. orders. Select popular items are stocked in both our Canadian and U.S. fulfillment centers to help your favorite pieces reach you more quickly.
Will I need to pay duties or tariffs?
No. We take care of all tariffs and duties for U.S. shipments, so you will never face surprise fees. Canadian orders are shipped within Canada, free from duties or tariffs. Most U.S. shipments are exempt, and any that require payment are fully covered by Hunter & Trove.
Can I provide a buzzer code or delivery note?
Absolutely. You may include a buzzer code or delivery instructions at checkout to help ensure a smooth and effortless delivery experience.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be delighted with every piece you receive. If your order isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. Returned pieces should be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@huntertrove.com. We will provide guidance on how to return your items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Yes. Once we receive and carefully inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, simply return your original piece and place a new order for the item you would like.
Are customized items returnable?
Custom or personalized pieces, including hand-stamped designs, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Materials & Jewelry Care
What materials do you use?
We create jewelry from 14K gold fill, sterling silver, gold vermeil, and gold plated components, chosen for their durability, beauty, and everyday wearability.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
All metals naturally respond to the air and environment. Gold fill and vermeil are particularly resistant to tarnish, but proper care ensures your pieces maintain their brilliance for years to come.
How can I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking luminous:

Is my order gift-ready?
Yes. Every piece is delivered ready to gift, with our signature grey pouch, tissue paper wrapping, and elegant white jewelry box.
Can I include a gift message?
Certainly. You may include a personalized gift message at checkout, which we will include in your order with care.
Wholesale & Partnerships
Do you offer wholesale?

Size & Fit
How can I find my ring size?
A printable ring size guide will be available soon. In the meantime, we recommend measuring a ring that fits well and comparing it to a standard online size chart.
