Returns & Exchange Policy
If you have any problems with your order please contact us immediately (within 48 hours). We will our my best to resolve any issues there may be.
If you wish to return or exchange an item you can do so up to 30 days after the date received. We will refund the item cost, however shipping costs will be upon the buyer. Please note the following conditions:
• Item(s) must be in its original condition.
• All jewelry must be safely packed in its original packaging and shipped in a box or padded mailer to protect the merchandise.
• Damaged jewelry from return shipping will not be accepted.
